Yesterday’s quote apparently did not go out until early this morning! I am not sure what happened, but I am sure that there was a root cause in there someplace!

Technology sometimes does funny things. And while I am ‘techie’ by trade, people assume that means I can do everything there is to do with computers. In some cases, that is true. In other cases, far from it!

On my recent vacation, I spent just about a full day (10 am – 9:30 pm with time off for meals and some chit chat) working on people’s computers! Sure enough, there were root causes of the errors, and I think I found them! It took some time and effort to work things out.

I am grateful that I was able to help out! It was fun. And the 2 people that received the assistance were also grateful for my time and expertise.
