How awesome is it to connect with people that you have not seen in a really long time. I find it amazing that people can catch up so quickly even though years have flown by. In some cases, it is as if no time has gone by at all! Last night I texted a friend – we haven’t chatted in quite some time. He happened to be in Puerto Rico, but called me back. As a result of this little chit-chat, we made plans to meet in Key West this fall to do some SCUBA diving!

When you open yourself to others,  just to do it, great(ful) things will happen to you! Pull out your address book and call someone you haven’t talked to in a while and just say hi!
