It is easier to feel more gratitude in your life when you are feeling better about yourself. One excellent way to feel better about yourself is to see an improvement in something that you are working on. One of the best things to work on is… yourself!
How many times have I said it? My motto is, “Persistence, not Perfection.” If you want to improve yourself, just try to make a little bit of an improvement. There is no need to obtain perfection right away. Start now, be consistent, and make smaller improvements. A little bit today, a little bit more tomorrow, a little bit more the day after that… After a short period of time, you certainly will see a difference?
