When you get up in the morning, do you open the doors to a gratitude filled life? Do you immediately think of the things that increase your gratitude as soon as you wake up?
I have been doing this for quite some time now… years! And it is one of the best ways to open the door of the new day. When you wake up, ask your self, “What am I grateful for?” and start to mentally (or even write down) anything that comes to mind.
When it is time to close the door on the day, do the same thing. Perhaps, write then down in a Gratitude Journal.
Decide how you want to live. It is your choice.
