I am sure that you realize that your thoughts become things. You should concentrate on only the good things. Stay away from thinking about the bad things!

Just to be clear, this does not mean you completely obliterate bad things from happening and ignoring them. You must certainly deal with any crisis that arrives. Once it is under control, do not dwell on the negative aspects of what happened.
