I have mentioned before that I journal. Of course, I have my Gratitude Journal, I have a Goals Journal (it started out by me writing a list of 100 accomplishments at the time – now I just add to it!) Another great journal I keep is for my Personal Development.
Over the past 3 & 1/2 days, I took over 16 pages of notes at the Early To Rise Bootcamp!
