“Grace isn’t a little prayer you chant before receiving a meal. It’s a way to live.”
– Jackie Windspear
Not religious, per say? You can still say thanks for a meal prior to eating. After all, why not be grateful for what you are about to eat?
Come to think of it, why not be thankful for the air as you inhale and fill your lungs?
Is it too extreme to think about what would happen if you did not have air to breath or food to eat? Is that taking the whole, ‘Gratitude Thing’ too far?
I don’t think so!
