Many people wait for something to happen before they can embark on something else. OK – I agree that statement was a bit cryptic. Let me give you an example.

Have you ever heard someone say, “I will be happy once I get a raise at work” or, “I will go on a diet as soon as the holidays are over” or even, “I will change my habits when I make my New Year’s Resolutions.”

There is no better time to start than the present – don’t wait to start something new unless there is a really, really good reason to postpone the start. And so is the case with being happy! Be Happy now! Just like gratitude, there is no better time than the present to be happy. Regardless of your situation, there is always something that you can be happy and grateful for.

When you are happy, you can also make others happy. When others are happy, they can make even more people happy. Think of the possibilities!
