Ultimate Blog Challenge!
I have been writing about Gratitude for almost 2 years now here at AllAboutGratitude.com. The topic usually is about, um… gratitude! Judging by the ever increasing list size and site rankings, I am happy to say that people like what I am doing.
For the month of January, I am trying something new! My friend Michele Scism and her friend, Michelle Schaeffer (I have not yet Michelle in person) run a challenge known as the Ultimate Blog Challenge. While I blog on a very regular basis (probably 29 days out the month), most blogs are not updated as regular. Michele and Michelle host the
blog challenge to get people to blog 31 times during the month of January.
Michele is a business strategist and is best known as “The Results Lady” from DecisiveMinds.com, because she uses her signature “RESULTS” system to help business owners get the results they want out of their businesses and their lives.
Michelle Shaeffer has been a work at home mom for more than 10 years and loves to share the tips and strategies she’s learned to help other home based business owners balance, manage, and market their businesses over at michelleshaeffer.com.
What I will find interesting is that there will be a topic each day offering tips and suggestions on what you can blog about. I plan on blogging on that topic AND incorporating how I am grateful for whatever the topic is. This will be a challenge since I have no idea what the topics will be! I am up for it!
So, if it looks like the blog posts are a bit all over the place, rest assured that the underlying theme will continue to be gratitude! I look forward to applying it to some new areas of my life!
Let me know what you think – leave a comment of two!
Be Well.
Paul.
The Gratitude Guru
1.This is a great idea for new things start, because
2.We don’t know until we experience.
3.If this is the case then some one else is going to make the decision for you to what to write.
Finding a topic has never been a problem for me! Finding the time…No, DEDICATING the time to writing a post everyday is my biggest obstacle!
The UBC is a great motivator and at the end of the challenge, 31 days in January, the gratitude of a job well done will make it worth it.
They also have a facebook fan page. Make sure you take a look!
To your success,
Erik
Nice blog! Even though you blog on a regular basis, you will enjoy the blog challenge because it connects you with an awesome blogging community that supports your online efforts. This is my fifth one and each time I have a different purpose for participating. BTW, I have been keeping a gratitude journal for years. Keep recommending it to your readers!
Hey Paul – I am so glad you decided to join us for the challenge. I always love reading your blog post. Gratitude is a wonderful topic. Great to have you with us. Michele
