When you lead a life of gratitude, you make it much easier to put the life in your years! If you are closing your mind to opportunities becuase of feelings of resentment, inadequacy, or frustration, try to shake it off! This certainly is easier said than done.
If you are in this boat of negativity, it is perfectly acceptable to take small steps to build up your feelings of gratitude. Go for persistence, not perfection!
