You have probably heard the sayings such as, “It doesn’t matter what is on the outside, it is what is on the inside that matters.” Your exterior is only a facade for your true spirit.
The same is true for gratitude. Saying, “Thank You” is only an outward gesture; a phrase we were taught to say to others. True gratitude is the feeling from within; it is what you feel when someone does something for you.
Don’t show others how you feel. *Feel* how you feel and they will know how you feel.
