This list of 24 Things that work with Gratitude was sent to me by Stephanie R. She thought that it would be nice to share it with everyone – I agree!

When I first started reading this, it seemed very simple to me…but, the fact is that it IS simple once you align with it. Suffering is a choice, it’s up to us how we respond to life’s challenges. It is not necessary to suffer, though pain often leads us to the realizations we need to come to in life. But, those realizations can be sweet and effortless when we live in gratitude and align ourselves with Source. Thank you for sharing this, Paul and Stephanie! Let’s spread the love and the light. 🙂
