Gratitude for Flying

When was the last time you were ask yourself, “How much gratitude am I feeling right now? Am I feeling grateful?”

Life is good. I am at Newark International Airport right now waiting for my flight down to Delray Beach, FL to meet up with the good folks at Early To Rise and others for their annual event, Info-Marketing Bootcamp event.

As I am waiting, I am looking out the picture window looking at the huge planes sitting at the gates. How awesome is it that these huge collection of hunks of metal can transport you (and me) thousands of miles away in a matter of hours? I am grateful that a couple of bicycle guys had a dream big enough to f
ly!

I can also sit here in the President’s Club and write a blog entry as if I was sitting at home! Another items for which I am grateful. After Delray Beach, I head to Las Vegas. More gratitude. Finally, I fly back home. And the gratitude keeps coming!

November is the month of Giving Thanks. Stop for a moment and think about the things in your life which you may take for granted. Are there things which you  see, or use, or have, or encounter which you have not focused specifically on recently? Take a minute and think about how your life would be different if it was not there. I would have to take an extra couple days to travel to Florida if I could not fly there. My entire trip would be different!

We often overlook the ‘modern conveniences’ we have. Give Thanks to them and you will notice your life will be a little better.

Be Well.
Paul.

The word is out. Showing thanks and gratitude isn’t just for Thanksgiving (like turkey isn’t only for Thanksgiving either)

    Peace

Thanks! Yes, the word is getting out – just imagine if everyone in the world was just a little bit more grateful… How awesome would that be? Thanks again for posting!
