I’m grateful to my dear friends and family who make me happy, guide me when I’m lost, accept me for me, pick me up when I’m down, share my joys, celebrate my success and milestones. I truly appreciate the love, comfort and solace they bring to me. So thankful for that.

As Thanksgiving approach I am grateful for my full kitchen pantry and freezer. At this time of year and in this wonderful country there are many friends, family and neighbors who do not have a full pantry, or enough food for one meal. Imagine the gratitude of those individuals, if we could help them by donating one nonperishable item to our local food bank, community center or Salvation Army. We could help wipe out hunger in this country – WOW! In gratitude and with humbleness I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

I am grateful to my family for bringing me to America. Any day that I am moody or overwhelmed, I think about how different and limited my life would be if they hadn’t done this. I also thank God for my little brother, who does the simplest things that cheer me up daily. Finally, I am glad to have a sister who earnestly cares for me, even if it’s overbearing sometimes.

These are just a couple, but my family is the most important and grateful thing in my life.

I’m grateful for waking up every new day…a lot of people didn’t make it. I am grateful for all that I sometimes take for granted…clean running water, food and drink, a paycheck, a savings account, a roof over my head, a car to get around in, general good health, able to see the beauty of nature and a Higher Power who loves and takes care of me and is always there when things get rough who helps me keep the faith that things always work out for good.

    Hi Paul:
I’m so grateful that I found YOU and your website ! You’ve really moved me to a higher level of awareness in life and I’ve been able to pass along living the good life through an “attitude of gratitude” to many of my friends. You and your website have done so much for me and I appreciate YOU and the time YOU are willing to give freely to your website and to those of us who also get your “daily bursts” in our Inboxes. Thank you Paul ! You are a great role model for us all. With much appreciation I send my best wishes.

Gratitude can make a so-so day into a great day, a bad experience into a learning experience and can turn a glass that is half empty into a glass that is overflowing. I love the way that I feel when I feel truly grateful and share my feelings with the world around me.

    • Paul on August 13, 2013 at 9:34 am

Thanks, Michael! And everyone should take a peek at your website! Thank you for sharing!
