George Washington & The Fourth of July
Today, I express my gratitude for the fore fathers of my country. As the USA celebrate the 4th of July, our Day of Independence, I wanted to share a very interesting documentary of George Washington as presented by National Geographic. Was George everything you learned about in school?
I am interested in what you think! I find it fascinating when I hear about the town and cities in which Washington went through – Morristown, Princeton, and several other locations in New Jersey. In fact, my house is on land where Washington and his troops camped out a couple hundred years ago! Right across my street is a historic landmark. Very cool!
