Movies For Which You Can Be Grateful

I hate to admit it, but I just finished watching one of the worse movies I have ever seen. I should have known it by: 1) the Title, 2) the Premise,  3) by the leading actor, and 4) it was based on a video game! Without being too negative about the movie publicly, I will not reveal it here. Trust me… you don’t want to see it.

Instead, what I will write about are some movies that I HIGHLY recommend. I will stick to 2:

Miracle (Full Screen) (2004) 2 Discs – Hockey DVD: This is about the US Hockey Team of 1980. Even if you are not a hockey player, I imagine you will still love it! Full of encouragement, dedication, and determination. It shows that you can get what you want if you are willing to put in the effort required.

Sticking with the sports theme today, another great movie is Hurricane Season. Also a true story, this one tells the tale of a High School Basketball team that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina down in New Orleans. During a turbulent time, dedication and a deep desire to come back makes this an awesome movie.

As I write this, I am reminded that I need to stop watching junk. I think I should go pull one of these movies off the shelf of my collection and watch it now. I need to make up for that other horrible movie.
