I once read that Gratitude makes things Grow and your blog resonates with that ideology. The more one is grateful for all seasons in one’s life, the more growth there’ll be in your life. ?

      Hey Yolanda,

Thanks a bunch for sharing your thoughts! Absolutely agree with you—gratitude is like fertilizer for growth in life’s garden. Here’s to embracing all seasons and watching those beautiful moments bloom. Keep spreading (and growing) those good vibes! ??

I have an on and off gratitude practice where I write down 3 things I’m grateful for upon waking then 3 more things right before bed. It really bookends the day nicely. Thanks for sharing how gratitude impacts us, this motivates me to work on my consistency.
