I need to cultivate a stronger sense of gratitude! But last night as I was thinking about the past year, I felt a lot of gratitude about several important experiences I had. Thanks for the encouragement to court the feeling of gratitude even more.

I once read that Gratitude makes things Grow and your blog resonates with that ideology. The more one is grateful for all seasons in one’s life, the more growth there’ll be in your life. ?

I have an on and off gratitude practice where I write down 3 things I’m grateful for upon waking then 3 more things right before bed. It really bookends the day nicely. Thanks for sharing how gratitude impacts us, this motivates me to work on my consistency.
