A Simple Guide To Visualize and Plan for Your Dreams

Today’s post is a continuation of yesterday’s – it is a simple guide to visualize and plan for your dreams and to share your gratitude for them. Start right now by expressing your gratitude for your goals even though they may not have arrived yet. Give them time… they will be here!

In addition to physically working toward your dreams and taking action as discussed yesterday, keep in mind that mental preparation is also very important. That means you need to keep visualizing and dreaming. You need to see the results in your mind. Use your imagination. Play the results as if it were a movie playing where you are the screenplay writer, the director, the producer, and the actor in the leading role! And Action!

Starting today, hold on to what you believe in and what you want to see happen in your life; take control of that which you want to accomplish. Use the power of positive thinking, express your gratitude, share the love, and by being genuine, you will your dreams come to fruition.

Here are some concrete techniques for you to try:

•    Make a vision board where you can pin or glue symbols of what you want to see realized.
•    Keep a nightly notepad by your bed and write down your dreams to keep them fresh in your mind.
•    Keep a Goals Journal of what you’ve done toward realizing your dreams each day or each week.
•    Remember to be express gratitude, enjoy, and respect the present moment. Then you’ll be well practiced when your dreams do come to pass!
•    Talk with others who share your goals and dreams to stay encouraged and excited.

Gratitude-MeditationMany successful people focus on positive affirmations and meditation to help them see and realize their dreams. By meditating on what you really want and how you’re going to get it, you may come up with solutions that you would otherwise not have thought about. Meditation gives your mind some quiet, peaceful time to work behind the scenes. Meditation also helps with your gratitude towards you, your life, and other people.

Positive affirmations also help keep your spirits up and keep you moving toward your goal, even when you don’t really see a way. Just because the way to your dream doesn’t seem obvious to you just now, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a way. Something could change in the blink of an eye. Suddenly, you’ll be able to see how and when your dream will be realized.

If you hold tight to your goals, you’ll find it easier to stay on the right track. My father used to tell me I had a “One Track Mind.” I could get a hold of an idea and see it through to reality! Training yourself to observe progress can be important, too. This will help keep you motivated. Regardless of what your dreams are – however big or small they may be – you can usher them in to your life! When they arrive, share your gratitude for them with others who helped you bring them about.

Be Well.
Paul.

Yesterday’s and today’s add up to a powerful, inspiring message. Perfectly in tune with creation of my first Mind Movie just minutes ago.

    Thank-you, Paul.

Just forget the world and focus on my dream is being challenge. I look at my 24 hours break down, and my dream, I find these are two different things. How can I switch from one to another?
