    This blog is so full of great suggestions, I’m going to save it! I’ve been walking outside almost daily for over a month now and I realized in reading this blog that I have been doing gratitude walks. I stop to listen and find birds, pay attention to the sound of snow crunching under my feet, the river running alongside me. I look forward to implementing some of the other suggestions too!

    During Covid, I took a Coursera Course sponsored by the University of Penn – Positive Psychology. One of the best tools from Dr. Seligman is to keep an evening gratitude journal. With the research he did, they found people get a better nights sleep and after the research keep journaling. There is also a suggestion to follow up your grateful thought with a why it happened and how it happened statement. Encouraging you to do it again and enjoy the benefit of a very positive experience.
